Blue Gives Back
The Coldwell Banker Realty Cares Foundation’s annual fundraiser was held Friday at the Museum Center. There were more than 300 in attendance including representatives from nine of the charities being supported by the Foundation this year. With almost 100 silent and nine live auctions up for grabs as well as gift card pops and a wine pull, there was something for everyone.

Heads or tails was hosted by Steve Oyler with the winner, Alex Johns, donating his share of the money back to the Foundation. Custom made Coldwell Banker Northstar logo wine glasses were sold at the event along with a special blue cocktail. DJ Byron Ginter, also an agent at the Northeast Regional office, kept the dance floor full until the event closed at 11pm.

Thank you to all sponsors, donors, attendees and committee members that made this evening of giving back possible.

Blue Gives Back Masquerade

The Blue Gives Back Masquerade party held Friday, October 19th at The Summit was a wonderful evening of champagne, auctions, heads or tails, a wine pull, foosball, dancing and most importantly, giving back, Thank you to all the generous sponsors and donors as well as the committee that together made the event possible. The 11 local charities that are supported by the Coldwell Banker West Shell Foundation this year are so appreciative of the money we've raised from all that attended and bid on the auction items. 2018 Foundation Awareness Breakfast

Coldwell Banker Realty Foundation hosted a breakfast at the Hyde Park Country Club in March to learn about the charities that they are supporting in 2018. Representatives from each Of the I I charities presented the stories and missions ot their organizations to give the CBWS Foundation committee members a better understanding of what community needs this years fundraiser will tultill_ The charities vary between assisting With childhood illness and abuse, mental health, drug addiction and food scarcity.

Coldwell Banker Realty Celebrates Success
More than 300 sales associates and staff attended the Best of Blue on Tuesday at the Hilton Netherland in Cincinnati to celebrate the success Of 201 T Agents were recognized for their accomplishments in sales as well community service. board participation and partner referrals Sales offices were also awarded for their sales volume and units.

The Beulah Mathys Achievement Award for sales achievement, board and community involvement was earned by Michelle Billings of the Central Regional Office. Lisa Phair Of the Union Centre Regional Office earned the West Shell Jr Award for sales achievement, superior customer service. demonstrated Office leadership with integrity and professionalism. The employee that earned the Truly Remarkable Service Award was Cara Edwards ot the Northeast Regional office She was recognized for her commitment to service, efficiency, leadership, positive attitude and dependability.

Other notable awards were the All-Star Rookies, led by Allen Ernst of the Northeast Regional office and for the 26th year in a row, Michael Hinckley earned the #1 spot in Coldwell Banker Realty for adjusted gross commission income.

Blue Gives Back hosted 200 people at The Cincinnati Club who enjoyed an evening ot tun and giving back With a busy committee ot volunteers, many generous donors and 24 sponsors, we accumulated almost 150 silent auction and 7 live auction items for attendees to bid on Thank you to all who attended, donated, sponsored and volunteered to help make this a success! Coldwell Banker Realty Golf Outing –Great Day for a Great Cause!
The Coldwell Banker Realty Foundation golf outing – which benefited Homes for Our Troops – was a great event! Over 50 golfers teed off at Losantiville Country Club last Monday to help raise money for Homes for Our Troops and a specially adapted home in Wilmington for Marine Corporal Joshua Sams. Golf Outing benefitting Homes for Our Troops

The CBWS Foundation Golf Outing to benefit Homes for Our Troops was a tremendous success. The fundraiser that began with a modest goal of $5000 resulted in nearly $14,000 to be donated to Homes for Our Troops for the specially adapted home of Corporal Joshua Sams! It was all made possible through individual donations, sponsorship, raffle sales, mulligans and an experience donated by the Cincinnati Reds! The crowd also enjoyed a Happy Hour with music by eMarketing Coordinator, Rod Vedder’s band, Sam and Rod. Josh’s mom, Barb Regan joined us and shared an inspiring video of Josh’s journey.

Blue Gives Back, September 6, 2013
Coldwell Banker Realty Foundation’s Blue Gives Back was held Friday, September 6th at the Hyde Park Country Club. With 200 in attendance, the venue was buzzing all evening. The silent auction, held in 3 phases contained more than 100 items ranging in value from $10 to $548. The live auction, hosted by Chris Davis, was an entertaining display of haggling and bidding on 16 items, ranging from homemade dinners to experiences at football games, How The Grinch Stole Christmas! and a BMW weekend rental. The largest money-making item was the Kentucky Bourbon Trail which included more than 20 bottles of bourbon and tours of several distilleries on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. After a lot of back and forth, it went for $1550! By the end of the evening, a total of $31,652 was raised as a result of Blue Gives Back.
